Membership is free. When booking, you’ll be asked to print out the PAR-Q (PhysicalActivity Readiness Questionnaire) and bring the completed form to your first class.

Crucially, with group training, nobody ever has to feel as though they can’t keep up. As each person’s zones will be specifically created for them we can ensure that a day one beginner is working just as hard as a seasoned rider.
