Race Nights – NEW!
1-2-1 Fitness Test
Class durations are 45 minutes (except Race Nights which are 80 minutes) and include a warm-up and cool down.
Every class has customised core work designed to improve fitness and build strength in specific areas, such as endurance or hill climbing.
Every bike has its own performance computer that will help you to monitor pedal technique and leg balance, maintain steady cadence (rpm) and stay in your personal training zones.
Our classes have been formulated in conjunction with Fletcher Sport Science Performance Centre who provides a scientific approach to sport and exercise.
Please be advised that unless you book online you will not be able to ride.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours in advance of a class with no payment penalty. After this period there will be no refund.
