You don’t necessarily need to have any cycling kit, just shorts and a T-shirt will be fine. With our pedals you can either use trainers or cycling shoes with a wide range of cleats (SPD, SPD SL, Keo, SpeedPlay). Please also bring a small towel as you’ll get hot and sweaty!
Hydration is key to any physical activity but comes into focus even more when you are training indoors.
There’s no getting away from the fact that when you do your Rolling Dynamics sessions you are going to torch calories and sweat. There are a couple of obvious factors in that you are getting a very high quality workout where every pedal stroke counts, and when we work hard we generate heat. The body copes with this heat by producing sweat. Combine this with the fact that you are cycling indoors where ventilation is likely to be compromised and you have the perfect conditions to get very sweaty.
Ensure you get the most out of your workouts by being correctly hydrated and bring at least 500-750ml of water. A standard bike bottle cage is provided on every bike. No oversize bottles please.

We have both Trainer and Pro models. The Pro’s are geared to be harder so only book these if you are already cycling regularly (intermediate/advanced). All the other Trainer bikes will suit all levels of fitness as the gearing resistance levels can be adjusted within a wide range.
Yes. It wont take long. In your first class we will take you through your individual bike set up. From this you will get four settings that are recorded on your log card and this will allow you to set up your bike quickly and easily every time you ride.
