Training with Power
If you’re a regular team rD rider, you already know the benefits of training with power.
You’re seeing the improvements out on the road/trail and we’re so glad to have you progressing with us. Now that you understand the concept of intervals, HIIT training and power zones it’s really important that you know your personal zones.
Everyone is different, and it’s important to be working in the correct zone for you.
To begin with it’s fine to work to our approximations, but for maximum performance gains, why not have a performance check-up and fitness test?
By doing so, we can accurately issue you with your personalised zone data for both Power & Heart Rate. Enabling you to not only work at your maximum potential during our sessions, but to also train efficiently when out outside
As an active cyclist this makes sense and it only takes around 45 minutes.
We can perform these essential tests at our TRG Fitness Centre venue, or even at your home.
