Rolling Dynamics supports local cyclosportives and charity Ride100 series with its WATTBIKES

Rolling Dynamics (rD) is partnering with Corporate & Events companies, including 5034 and Action Medical Research, to provide a Warm-Up facility for local Surrey & Sussex mass participation cycling events.

Powered by WATTBIKE, and in addition to the much-anticipated Indoor Performance Cycling classes starting on March 17th, rD will provide a coach-led Warm-Up for event sportive riders based on Team Sky’s TT protocol.

5034 Event’s Dudley Samuels commented: “We’re delighted to be supported by Rolling Dynamics who will set-up their Wattbikes on-site at our Event HQ on 22-23 March. We expect to see more Gold times and PB’s this year as every rider gets off to a cracking start.”

rD Co-Owner Mark Dressel commented: “Our indoor cycling sessions are an essential addition to outdoor riding. As well as regular training classes, we can set-up 12 Wattbikes on-site to provide Warm-Up/Cool-Down facilities for all types of sporting events, including triathlons and sportives.”

rD Co-Owner Dan Pullen commented: “We’re also working with corporates and other organisations to deliver regular group indoor cycling classes. These will build both fitness and interest in the sport amongst staff, whilst supporting and encouraging strategies such as cycling to work. We can also run on-site Race Nights for groups of clients where we link the bikes up wirelessly and go head-to-head on the giant screen. By making a feature of the Wattbikes for hospitality and promotional events, Rolling Dynamics can also deliver extra value and engagement with brands.”

Mark Dressel added: “The data feedback from our Wattbikes creates a unique, fun and motivational session for everybody. As well as torching calories, we also help keen cyclists to understand better pedaling technique, and how to work with their heart rate and power zones to make fitness gains. In addition, our regular classes are also perfect for quantifying increased range of motion and strength gain in patients recovering from injury.”

Created by local Surrey Hills endurance riders and certified indoor performance cycling/Wattbike instructors, Mark Dressel and Dan Pullen, Rolling Dynamics will appeal to cyclists and Tri-athletes, as well as those looking for more than just a Spin® class.

Regular classes and fitness testing will take place at :- Epsom College Sports Centre (Fitness Suite), Epsom Downs, Surrey; Maison du Velo, Reigate, Surrey; TRG Fitness, Longmead, Epsom, Surrey; and Ardingly College, nr Haywards Heath, West Sussex. For days and times please see our venues and detailed class timetable on the website.
