Power-based interval & zone training adds a level of precision to workouts. It provides an actual report of exactly what your rides are in terms of intensity, duration and total workload. It’s also an objective measure of progress since the ability to sustain higher or lower watts gives a good indication of fitness. It can develop a better sense of actual workload relative to perceived exertion, which can help you to better understand your ‘engine’. These strategies provide valuable learning tools for individuals whatever their chosen sport. Challenge yourself & your buddies… Get stronger for upcoming events… You will never know your limits unless you push yourself to them! The countdown is on as we set our sights towards the RDCC Sierra Nevada Autumn Training camp.
